Tenants may customize this copy per inbox in Chat Settings → Legal & disclosures. The widget shows the configured text before visitors identify themselves and labels automated replies.

By continuing, you agree that we may process your messages to provide support. If you share your name or email, we use it to respond and improve service. See our privacy policy for retention and your rights.

Shown before the visitor sends messages or shares name/email when consent is required.

AI disclosure label

Automated assistant — displayed above automated assistant messages in the widget.

Some replies may be generated by an automated assistant using our knowledge base. A human agent can take over at any time. Do not share passwords or payment card numbers in chat.

Tenant responsibilities

  • Publish a privacy policy URL that covers chat message processing and retention.
  • Disclose when AI assists or replies on your site (label is mandatory in the widget).
  • Honor data subject requests via GDPR export/delete in Chat Settings (admin).
  • Do not collect payment card numbers or passwords in chat; use whitelisted payment links only.
